INGREDIENTS WEIGHTS MEASURES:

  • Kraft Mayo Calorie-Wise Real Mayonnaise 12 oz. [340 g] 1-1/2 cups [375 mL]
  • Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing 8 fl oz [225 g] 1 cup [250 mL]
  • multi-grain hamburger buns, toasted 3.75 lb. [1.5 kg] 24 each
  • romaine lettuce, shredded 12 oz. [340 g] 2 qt. [2 L]
  • ground beef patties (4.5 oz./130 g each), cooked 6 lb. [2.7 kg] 24 each
  • Kraft Provolone Slices (0.5 oz./15 g each) 12 oz. [340 g] 24 slices
  • roasted red peppers, julienned 1.5 lb. [675 g] 3 cups [750 mL]
  • fresh mushrooms, sauteed 1.5 lb. [675 g] 1-1/2 qt. [1.5 L]

DIRECTIONS

MIX mayonnaise and dressing until blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.

FOR each serving: Spread bottom half of bun with 1-1/2 Tbsp. (22 mL) mayonnaise mixture; cover with 1/3 cup (75 mL) lettuce, 1 burger, 1 cheese slice, 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) peppers, 1/4 cup (50 mL) mushrooms and top of bun.
