Penne Alfredo with Garlic Sautéed Spinach and Leek Garnish




Al dente pasta in a rich and creamy Alfredo sauce with fresh vegetables

1 lb Penne noodles, cooked al dente and served hot

1 cup Baby spinach

1 tsp MINOR’S Roasted Garlic Concentrate

1/4 cup Julienne leeks, deep fried

2 cups STOUFFER’S® Creamy Alfredo sauce , heated

1 tsp Olive oil

Cracked pepper, to taste


Heat olive oil and roasted garlic concentrate in sauté pan and lightly sauté spinach. Toss hot pasta with hot Creamy Alfredo sauce. Plate pasta topped with spinach. Garnish top with fried leeks and a pinch of cracked black pepper. Prep time: 10 minutes. Cook time: 3 minute. Serves: 4.
