Beaucoup Bakery opened its doors in winter 2012, offering French-inspired pastries and childhood favourites.
Beaucoup’s owner and baker, Jackie Ellis, has loved baking since she was a little girl. After running her own design firm for several years, she closed up her company and set off for Paris to study pastry making. Upon returning, the concept for Beaucoup Bakery emerged, the result of being equally passionate about the fine pastries of France and the comforting creations of childhood memories.
